Interra International has chosen Cypress Communications’ (News - Alert) C4 IP
for their fully managed VoIP.
Thiel pointed to Cypress' ease of remote connectivity with find me/follow me, 24-hour support, and tight integration with Microsoft (News - Alert) Office as the main reasons for going with C4 IP. After three years with another provider, Interra was ready to move up to a more robust solution.
Unifying voice and email service through the Outlook integration feature, C4 IP streamlines the communications process. Thus, users are able users to work with greater speed and efficiency. Thiel was also able to achieve the company's communication goals by consolidating communication services with only one provider.
