Mortgage Lead Management Just Became Easier With Mortech's Dialer

Chasing after leads often involves follow-ups, which can take the form of emails, video conferences and, most importantly, phone calls. Keeping track of clients in the digital world and then turning over to a phone to call a number may not seem like a big deal, but why shouldn't we make it easier to contact clients without having to manually enter their numbers?


This is perhaps exactly what Mortech, a provider for B2B mortgage technology products, thought when introducing a new calling feature into its “Marksman” product & pricing engine and lead management suite. This feature will add a little spark of productivity to each call by adding click-to-dial capabilities to users, making the whole process less cumbersome.

Adding this feature provides a more fluid workflow which mortgage lenders can take advantage of to increase their marketing power. Mortech's solution now also allows personnel to see lead data during calls, making it easier to personalize the contact experience. Loan officers will be able to pause their queue when they're busy, making it easier for them to handle the workloads that are handed to them.

For this additional functionality, users do not need to install anything or purchase any new hardware. The added feature is meant to work as soon as it's requested.

When new contact information about borrowers comes to light, Marksman's dialer will notify a lender's loan officers and let any of them just dial into a call. Lending organizations will now also have the possibility to choose to have a group of loan officers notified of an impending call so that someone can pick it up on a first-come, first-serve basis.

After seeing how this feature plays out in typical use, it's quite obvious how beneficial it would be to the productivity of any lender that chooses to use Marksman as their go-to management platform.
