G4S Choses Callidus Software Performance Management and Coaching Solutions

Callidus Software (News - Alert) Inc. a provider of a Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform has revealed that G4S, a security services provider, has selected Callidus' ForceLogix performance management and coaching solution, as well as Litmos’ Learning Management solution to be used within its European sales organization.


According to a press release, G4S will implement the ForceLogix and Litmos platforms in order to implement an innovative performance management and coaching solution quickly that will help to streamline business operations.

The ForceLogix solution helps to raise efficiency within call centers, as it allows for an easy way to analyze performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire enterprise. After viewing how certain agents are performing, managers can then simply pinpoint which training objectives need to be worked on to increase agent performance.

Performance management and training solutions can be utilized to improve call center efficiency, analyze customer interactions, evaluate agent skills, provide additional training content when needed due to recent agent evaluations, quickly improve overall performance within the call center, and decrease handle times.

"Organizations have less money to compensate people, so they're looking at coaching and development as a way" to increase engagement and retention, Stacia Sherman Garr, a Bersin analyst recently said in a statement.

However, in order for performance management and coaching techniques to be successful managers must be proficient coaches and Envision, a provider of a suite of performance management and coaching solutions makes this possible through Click2Coach, a portfolio which encompasses automated scheduling and live recording of voice and screen activity, continuous coaching for skill development, performance evaluations based on quality, productivity and efficiency and much more.
