YouMail (News - Alert) Inc. announced the launch of YouMail Enterprise, an enhanced version of YouMail's visual voicemail service.

YouMail Enterprise is based the visual voicemail service, which delivers phone messages to subscribers using standard e-mail. YouMail provides a fast and easy way to discreetly check voicemail and forward or reply to messages via e-mail from a mobile phone or laptop. 

YouMail Enterprise allows companies to meet corporate security, archival and compliance requirements for voicemail as with their other corporate information assets.

YouMail Enterprise includes unlimited voice-to-text message, the ability a voice message to a group of mobile phones, drop-box support to route messages from general information or department phone lines and integration with office PBX (News - Alert) and VOIP systems for consolidated voicemail handling.

YouMail recently announced an Open API that enables enterprises to integrate YouMail with their business applications -- including CRM systems -- vertical industry applications such as legal, medical or realty systems, office productivity tools and PBX systems. The integration allows voice messages to be saved and archived as text and .wav files along with related customer or account information.
