This integration helps businesses of all sizes deliver agile business information to their key employees.
"Omni is excited to deliver Riva GroupWise Integration for SugarCRM," said Aldo Zanoni, CEO and Managing Director of Omni. "Riva opens the door for GroupWise customers to the world of SugarCRM. Companies large and small are looking to deliver agile business information to their key employees. Riva integrates GroupWise into the heartbeat of a business - its CRM."
"What customers appreciate most about Riva is that employees can work in GroupWise or SugarCRM and don't have to be bothered with having to copy and paste information from one application to the other. There is no training required because the integration is transparent to the end-user. A phone number that gets changed in the Mac OS X address book is updated in SugarCRM. A task that is marked as completed on a BlackBerry gets marked as completed in SugarCRM. An opportunity that is updated in SugarCRM is synchronized to GroupWise and is available in all client interfaces. Customers and administrators alike appreciate there are no plug-ins that need to be installed on the desktops or BlackBerry and other mobile devices. Riva Desktop Edition is transparent to SugarCRM and GroupWise. It is a non-intrusive installation," also commented Zanoni.
