Open source CRM software provider SugarCRM (News - Alert) Inc. has announced they will expand their presence and offer their customers more support through an extended strategic partnership with Next Generation Internet (NGI) assembler, Optaros, Inc.

 

The new agreement includes the addition of multi-national presence for the companies throughout the U.S. and Europe thanks to Optaros more than 150 consultants offering open source deployment expertise for consulting and integration support.

Partnering with SugarCRM has allowed Optaros to developed expert implementation experience with the offering including, "CISEL, State of Vaud as well as implementations in a number of consumer-facing industries where SugarCRM handles the customer management aspects of complex, assembled solutions."

 

And, according to a news release, Optaros has been using SugarCRM internally as a cornerstone of its enterprise application platform for the last two years.
