Tigerpaw and Quest Software Complete online CRM Integration

Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a developer of IT business management software, has successfully completed a technical integration for online CRM with PacketTrap MSP, from Quest Software.


PacketTrap MSP is the preferred supplier of remote monitoring and online CRM software and business transformation services for managed service providers (MSPs) servicing small-and medium-sized businesses.

Officials with Quest Software (News - Alert) said that PacketTrap MSP provides affordable enterprise class application and network management software that improves performance across their customers’ and partners’ most complex networks. 

Company officials aid that MSPs gets complete visibility and access to ensure that they are the first to know about bandwidth clogs, device failures, connectivity issues, and are able to perform routine network maintenance.  

According to company officials, the seamless connectivity between the professional service automation tools of Tigerpaw and the remote management and monitoring capabilities of PacketTrap creates a robust application set for MSPs.

Email alerts generated through PacketTrap are monitored, interpreted, and routed to appropriate technicians and ultimately converted into service orders through the Tigerpaw Managed Services Integrator.

“The comprehensive business management, service automation, and tracking tools in Tigerpaw are complementary to PacketTrap’s real-time fault monitoring, performance, asset reporting, and remote remediation,” said Dave Foxall, CEO, Tigerpaw, in a statement.

Foxall said that for MSPs and IT providers planning a move into the MSP space, this technical integration signals a best-of-breed solution that maximizes profitability and operational efficiency.

“The technical integration allows the MSPs to react and respond quickly to their customer needs,” said Matt Bolton, VP products, Quest Software.

Bolton said that this functionality provides comprehensive, remote IT management services for the MSPs.

The company says that its solutions for application monitoring, database management, Windows management and virtualization management help customers achieve better results, faster.
