Online CRM Solution Added to intelecrm

Intelestream, Inc., a provider of online CRM consulting and online CRM Software as a Service has added a complete Order Management Solution to the online CRM application intelecrm.

Developed by Intelestream (News - Alert) in 2008, intelecrm offers enterprise level CRM functionality to small and medium sized businesses.


Officials with Intelestream said that the Order Management solution, which is specifically designed to meet the complete requirements of small and medium sized businesses, is available for all Intelestream customers running the Enterprise edition of intelecrm.

Company officials said that key features of the Order Management Solution for intelecrm include the ability to generate, track, customize, and report on quotes, sales orders, and invoices.

The solution, company officials said, fully automates payment processing and shipments while enabling users to manage both single and subscription based recurring payments.

Complete integration with products and product catalogs ensure seamless workflows.

Users can create and update customers, invoices, sales orders, and more from intelecrm through uni- and bi-directional integration with QuickBooks.

“With our complete Order Management solution, sales reps save time and paperwork. They can convert quotes into orders with just a click of a button. Everything – all the way up to payment processing, shipping, and recurring orders is streamlined in one system,” said Ray Stoeckicht, VP of sales for Intelestream, in a statement.

Stoeckicht said that when it comes to utilizing intelecrm as a single online solution for running a small or medium sized business, Order Management really completes the picture.

According to company officials, Intelestream will even further develop Order Management functionality with the release of intelecrm 3.0 in September of this year.

The new version, which is currently in beta form, incorporates a complete Social CRM platform that enables bidirectional social feeds, includes a user module, social groups, and full integration with Facebook (News - Alert), LinkedIn, Twitter, Social Mention, FriendFeed, ShareThis, and more.
