Marketing software provider, Infusion Software (News - Alert) has announced the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.

 

Assuming the post is Michael Effinger, former iCrossing CFO.

 

In his new position, Effinger will join the growing small business CRM and marketing software provider and help continue to grow the business and offer more SMBs automated marketing capabilities.

At iCrossing, an international online marketing company, Effinger served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and oversaw venture capital fundings and led the legal and financial closing of four domestic and international strategic acquisitions.

"During the past several years, Infusion Software has roughly doubled in size each of the last three years and we continue to grow very quickly. Effinger has also served as the CFO and Senior Vice President for Sunshine Media, a national publisher and printer of specialty B2B trade magazines and has held a number of other leading positions.
