Managed Services provider Communicado (News - Alert), has announced the release of Communicado Streamline Management as a Service Platform version 2.3.
In response to the specific needs of their customers and to better support real-time person-to-person communications, the new platform brings VARs, MSPs and Integrators a more effective and easier-to-deploy solution for remotely managing their customers' converged communications environments.
"Communicado Streamline 2.3 leverages the combined vision of our customers. They asked for simplified deployment and increased diagnostic power and suggested how to make the product even easier to use," Stephen Rizzone (News - Alert), President and Chief Executive Officer of Communicado said.
Streamline 2.3 includes enhancements to speed deployment and agent configurations as well as offers easier processing, expedited troubleshooting, automatic reporting, an intuitive scheduling interface, and more.
"With these new enhancements built in, Streamline offers our customers instant visibility to issues and efficient correction of the problems that may occur in a converged communications environment," also said Rizzone.
According to the company, the latest version "integrates with existing network management systems including specialized tools for monitoring TDM-based legacy PBXs," making it an ideal solution for organizations looking to "graduate from PBX
alarm monitoring to providing fully managed services for converged communications environments."
Customers are also offered the ability to achieve more value with Streamline 2.3 through:
-- VPN-Less Transport and Remote Access that requires no changes to the customer's network or firewall.
-- Unified Open Appliance that hosts Granted Access and premise-based tools with capacity for additional certified applications after the initial installation through the Streamline Open Toolbox Appliance (OTB).
-- Multi-Customer Portal that Communicado hosts for the reseller, allowing it to monitor and optimize uptime and performance for all of its customers in one highly productive interface.
-- Integrated Toolset for deep troubleshooting that leverages its portal and OTB to provide QoS, device and application layer data with protocol analysis.
-- Correlated Diagnostics through Streamline's Correlated Zoom that captures troubleshooting expertise to speed resolution.
