Call centers and other communications-based businesses have enough to deal with in addition to the myriad number of calls they get each day. So a new offering from Intelliverse (News - Alert) Telecom might be a welcome addition.


The cloud-based communication solutions provider for businesses has rolled out IntelliGreeter, a virtual voice attendant for intelligent call routing.

“With built-in advanced features like IVR, ACD, call scheduling, automatic call-forwarding, voice messaging, call recording and call routing, users can have calls and messages routed to their mobiles, allowing them to respond even on the move,” the company said in a statement.

The product resembles Genesys’ (News - Alert) Inbound IVR solution, where users can design a Customer Experience (CX) First inbound IVR conversational flow, automate routine transactions through their IVR, personalize the IVR customer experience with CRM integrations, and capture customer data through their IVR.

Offering lead tracking, customized functionality and real-time report management, IntelliGreeter is a cost-effective intelligent solution suited to industry verticals like real estate, automobile dealers, retail, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, and education.

As such, IntelliGreeter is reportedly creating waves in the Enterprise market and among SMBs, as it enables businesses to set up a complete phone system that boosts customer engagement, tracks market leads, improves efficiency and workflow, seamlessly integrates with the existing system and serves across all industry verticals.
