Radish Systems has made its ChoiceView true visual interactive voice response (True Visual IVR) solution compatible with the Twilio (News - Alert) platform. Radish is a specialist in customer service voice and data mobility solutions, and its ChoiceView is an enterprise solution that delivers mobility, customer service, advertising and enterprise support in a single packaged service.
Twilio enhances business communications via phones, VoIP, and messaging with its automatically scalable cloud API. ChoiceView can now be added to Twilio and other platforms using the ChoiceView REST API and supporting software by making a simple script change.
All businesses can easily deploy True Visual IVRs using the Twilio-powered voice communications along with ChoiceView’s ‘Voice with Visuals’ to enhance mobile user experiences cost effectively. ChoiceView offers scalable and accessible communication tools using which developers can build ‘voice with visuals’ true visual IVRs.
ChoiceView true visual IVR for Twilio is a smartphone-accessible IVR that provides callers with the ability to navigate and interact with visual content and voice using a ChoiceView-enabled mobile app on their smart mobile device. In case live assistance is required the call is seamlessly transferred to a contact center agent with a continued visual sharing experience.
Officials explained that true visual IVRs powered by ChoiceView reduce time and costs, increase self-service opportunities and in turn enhance mobile user experience and engagement. It eliminates the need for callers to listen to long voice menus or keep track of complex voice responses. Also the IVR need not translate database responses from text to speech which is expensive.
ChoiceView leverages industry standard IVR platforms and contact centers and can work with all networks and phones. The solution is compatible with existing IVR, live assistance, and business processes. It offers visual menus and visual responses during calls in addition to photo and text input.
Developers can use ChoiceView REST API for true visual IVR that is available free for development and testing purposes. ChoiceView can be added to existing voice-only scripts or help from Radish or Radish Alliance partners can be sought to get scripts modified, said officials.
