E-Complish (News - Alert) has released EnterAct, saying that it is a new phone calling service that enables businesses to automate their customer outreach and payment processing functionality via interactive voice response (IVR).
IVR is a telephony technology that does not require a human to answer a consumer call. The interaction between businesses and consumers is made possible using voice recognition software. With this telephony technology, consumers can communicate with a company’s system using telephone keypad or speech recognition.
EnterAct provides a fully featured, easy-to-use outbound phone calling solution. In addition to enabling automated telephone calls, EnterAct also provides consumers the advantage of a specific user pathway. Company officials said that consumers are lead on this pathway and it is entirely customizable based on the need of the call.
Moreover, it features integrated payment gateway, which enables processing of credit cards and ACH/Check payments. Company officials that the new release also comes with a customizable Internet based outbound campaign management website.
The website offers a detailed reporting tool, which helps users to measure the success of their outbound calling efforts. Company officials said that it can be integrated with other payment processing solutions that are offered by E-Complish. Plus, it is NACHA compliant.
E-Complish believes that its latest offering will make it easy for companies to conduct customer outreach, efficiently as IVR would interact with customers as a live person. Company officials said that customers can get company updates and they can also get help for the payment process over the phone.
Additionally, businesses also benefit from a 24-hours phone service option, according to company officials.
E-Complish specializes in payment technology for midsize to large businesses. The ultimate goal is to improve the bottom line for customers while helping them provide better customer service, said Stephen Price, CEO at E-Complish, adding that EnterAct will enable them to do that.
