Selectron Technologies, a provider of interactive voice, Web and mobile solutions to government agencies and utilities, will be integrating Voxeo (News - Alert) CXP application lifecycle management suite and Prophecy IVR platform in its communication platform.
This will enable government agencies and utility providers to benefit a lot from the improved multi-channel self-service solutions. Voxeo specializes in enabling unlocked communications solutions.

Besides full multi-channel self-service capabilities, Voxeo also helps Selectron to enhance its Web-based administration, call control support, and provide advanced speech capabilities thereby improving the performance of interactive voice response (IVR) platforms.
