Digital DataVoice (DDV) has launched a website, ddvc.com, saying that it’s devoted to contact center technology solutions.
Aimed at call/contact centers professionals, information technology specialists and business unit leaders of large enterprises, the site contains compelling information pertaining to interactive voice response (IVR), computer telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)) and DDV’s professional managed services.
Additionally, the site also features DDV’s cross-industry excellence in the delivery of integration, design, development and implementation services.
The company claims that ddvc.com will become an important resource for industry professionals who are searching for ideas on how to upgrade or replace their current IVR system, increase containment rates, improve customer service and add additional channels to their contact centers.
The new website also links to DDV’s blog and quarterly webinars that highlight the industry’s best in class methodologies for integration, design, development and implementation services.
Doug Nelson, director of sales at DDV, said that the IVR/CTI world is facing a period of intense challenges and companies are pushing for greater operational efficiencies, improved customer service, and faster returns on investment.
“We believe the new DDV website will provide resources and solutions to those responsible for tackling the technology challenges for their organizations,” Nelson said.
