Voice Carrier Launches Customer Referral Program for Its Highly Successful Voice Carrier Office Business Telephone Service

By Madhubanti Rudra, TMCnet Contributor

Encouraged by the exceptional popularity of its award-winning Voice Carrier (News - Alert) Office business telephone service with customers, San Jose-based telephony technology company Voice Carrier, Inc. recently launched a new Customer Referral Program. Through this referral program, the company clearly seeks to cash in on the service, which racked up an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.

In the release, the company explained that the new program allows an existing Voice Carrier customer to benefit by introducing a friend or business acquaintance to the enterprise-grade Voice Carrier Office-hosted VoIP phone service.

It is required that the new customer remain a Voice Carrier Office user for 60 days after signing up for the service. Then, only the referring company will be eligible for receiving a one-time $50 credit on the next billing cycle. There is no limit to the number of referrals any customer can give, Voice Carrier informed in the release.

In the press release, Voice Carrier president and CEO Gary J. Johnson maintained that the company’s customers are extremely satisfied with Voice Carrier's Office product, which is affordable and user-friendly. This full-features VoIP service runs in the cloud, and can be set up in minutes. The enterprises can cut their business phone bills by up to 70 percent.

“At Voice Carrier, we are very proud of our service and customer support staff for providing the best VoIP business systems and service. Our many satisfied customers who are enthusiastically referring our service can now save even more off their monthly phone bill,” Johnson noted in a statement.

“In our case, employees are working in satellite facilities, so Voice Carrier's intercom and call forwarding features are a perfect fit, and Voice Carrier has features like follow-me, which are very easy to set up. We can administer our PBX (News - Alert) ourselves via the Internet versus having to call a phone company to have them do it, which enables us to make changes easily and quickly. Consistently excellent call quality is critical, and that's one of the reasons we went with Voice Carrier. From our experience, the truly important thing is follow-through, and response to our inquiries is immediate. Voice Carrier is the only truly responsive VoIP provider I have found,” the CEO of Measure-X testified in a statement.

It will be worthwhile to mention here that Voice Carrier’s Office business telephone service won the prestigious 2010 Excellence Award from ‘Internet Telephony’, a TMC (News - Alert) publication. According to the company, Voice Carrier has been honored by TMC for excellence in Internet telephony for the fourth consecutive year.
