DALLAS, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadvox (News - Alert) today announced that Randy Imhoff has joined the company and will serve as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Imhoff brings nearly 25 years of financial management expertise with both private and public companies. From 2000 to 2007 Randy served in various executive finance roles with Dell (News - Alert), Inc -- including positions in Dell's business unit serving Small & Medium Business (SMBs) customers as well as in Dell's worldwide internal Information Technology organization. Prior to Dell, Randy was an Audit and Business Advisory Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP where his focus was serving both privately-held and public SMBs.
Broadvox also announced the addition of David Byrd as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management to strengthen its marketing organization and capabilities. Mr. Byrd has over 25 years of telecommunications sales and marketing experience. David previously served as Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Telcordia (News - Alert) Technologies, and Eftia OSS Solutions managing the sales and marketing of their partner programs. Working with carriers, network providers and software companies, he has held sales and marketing positions with Sprint (News - Alert), Ericsson, HP, and i2 Technologies.
