Positron Telecommunication Systems Inc., a global provider of business phone systems and Yealink Network Technology CO., Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of IP voice and video phones, have announced interoperability testing between the Positron business phone system and Yealink (News - Alert) IP phones.
“Yealink was our vendor of choice to partner with,” Richard McGravie, president of Positron Telecom said in a statement.
According to McGravie, the company is confident the Yealink solution and has has fully integrated auto phone provisioning directly into the configuration screens.
“The feature set and price points make our combined solution a great value to the channel,” he said.
The Yealink SIP-T2x series enterprise HD IP phones now work seamlessly with Positron.
The SIP-T2x series includes SIP-T28P/SIP-T26P/SIP-T22P/SIP-T20P and comes equipped with the T1 TITAN chipset and T1 voice engine, offering high definition voice, a broad range of voice codecs, security protection for privacy and rich features such as BLF/BLA, PoE, Pnp Auto-provision.
Positron’s business phone system provides reliable and scalable phone systems that have integrated telephone ports for world-wide deployment such as 4 FXO, 12 FXO, 4 ISDN Bri, T1/E1 Pri and more.
Company officials claim the solutions are changing the way businesses communicate and increasing revenue opportunities for reselling partners through robust hardware design with the highest grade echo cancellers, simple to use Web-based configuration screens, and a set of tools to simplify and reduce installation time.

Lu said that the Positron PBX (News - Alert) solution supports the company’s Enterprise HD IP phone as well as the video phones, which combine to create an excellent value and innovative solution for the small and medium businesses.
