Chinese IP phone provider Yealink (News - Alert) is showcasing its partnership with BroadSoft, demonstrating its integration with the company’s UC platform. Yealink is attending the BroadSoft Connections 2014 event in Arizona next month, where both companies will present their integrated solutions.

The companies have teamed up to help service providers deliver unified communications as a service (UCaaS), with the goal of helping their enterprise customers improve productivity. Marketed as the Yealink UC.ONE solution, the combined offering includes Yealink IP phones integrated with BroadSoft (News - Alert) BroadWorks and UC services. The solution provides a seamless user experience and integrates with a broad range of communication devices and platforms.

The UC.ONE solution works with Yealink’s full range of SIP phones as well as the company’s IP DECT (News - Alert) and IP video phones. BroadWorks SIP interworking functionality includes call forwarding, transfer, park and a host of conferencing and collaboration features. The combined offering also supports call center ACD features as well as emergency escalation, queue status notification and more. Additional functionality includes buddies and favorites lists, display free text and auto provisioning.

Yealink and BroadSoft announced a new level of partnership in May when Yealink became a Premier Access Solution Partner to BroadSoft. The designation means the companies are dedicated to promoting interoperability of their solutions, including pre-integrated SIP telephony solutions for hosted VoIP applications.
