Yealink (News - Alert) successfully completed an interoperability testing with GENBAND, a developer of multimedia and cloud communications solutions. Yealink provides VoIP telecommunication solutions and IP phones, enabling global customers to achieve the integration necessary to extend the value of network communications.

One of the top five global SIP phone providers, Yealink has completed IOT testing with the GENBAND (News - Alert) EXPERiUS application server. Now Yealink’s T2 and T3 series business IP phones and the executive VP530 video model are declared to be officially compatible with GENBAND’s widely deployed unified communications (UC) platforms.

 “The success of the interoperability tests between Yealink and GENBAND will definitely provide our customers with more choice when it comes to accessing the most advanced telecom products and solutions on the market,” Lu added.

GENBAND specializes in SMART networking solutions and seamlessly evolves IP networks. The company’s technology is optimized to provide multimedia voice, data and video sessions that can scale on public and private networks. These factors align with the requirements of Yealink, said officials.

British Telecom the European telecommunications company has adopted GENBAND’s IP networking solutions and is also using Yealink products on a large scale.

The offering, powered by the company’s EXPERiUS solutions, facilitates service providers and channel partners to brand and deliver unified communications and rich communications suite (RCS) service applications to enterprise and consumer with minimal cost.
