Yealink Adds to its Already Strong Industry Presence

Yealink (News - Alert) has made a name for itself in the VoIP world for focusing on solutions for workforces that are widely dispersed geographically. A variety of public and private-sector industries rely on it to provide standard-based solutions that deliver a fast return on investments from teams that are in instant person-to-person contact wherever they happen to be.


Yealink will attend CommunicAsia (News - Alert) 2013, Asia’s largest integrated information communications technology event (ICT), with executives from companies of all sizes and industries assemble from around the world to network, educate and learn together. This is just one of the upcoming events that Yealink is attending; the VoIP solutions provider also will be at the 888VoIP Presents IP Telephony Solutions Summit in June, ClueCon2013 and TMC’s (News - Alert) ITEXPO Las Vegas in August, BroadSoft Connections 2013 and Futurecom 15 in Oct, and others after that.

Currently Yealink is showing off its T4 series phone, EXP40 LCD expansion module and BT40 Bluetooth USB dongle.

The new T4 series of SIP phones is a balance between advanced features and phone continuity. It is ready for Gigabit connection speeds but can handle current speeds as well. It has a higher resolution and also comes with paperless DSS keys to help protect the natural environment and direct Bluetooth support, according to the company.

The EXP40 Expansion Module for the SIP-T46G, which the company also exhibiting, expands the functional capability of a business SIP phone. It features a large graphic LCD, two pages of 20 flexible buttons are shown on the display can be programmed up to 40 various features, the productivity-enhancing features include BLF/BLA, speed dialing, call forward, transfer, park, pickup and more.

The Bluetooth USB dongle being shown adds Bluetooth connectivity to a business’ SIP-T46G with a wide variety of Bluetooth Headsets, allowing employees to receive calls wherever they are in the office. It is compatible with Bluetooth specification V4.0, and back compatible with Bluetooth 1.1, 1.2, 2.0 and 3.0 for a wide range of uses.

In addition to the T4 series phone, EXP40 LCD expansion module and BT40 Bluetooth USB dongle, Yealink recently announced that several of its products are now officially compatible with SAP (News - Alert) Business Communications Management.

The Yealink Business IP Video Phone VP530, Yealink Gigabit Color IP Phone T3 series and Yealink Business IP Phone (News - Alert) T2 series are compatible with SAP Business Communications Management software, according to the company.

“We anticipate SAP Business Communications Management will inject a new level of agility into the servicing of customer inquiries," said Stone Lu, vice president of Yealink, in a statement. “We are excited that our phones now inter-operate with SAP Business Communications Management, which provides our customers with one more ideal choice.”
