Overcome Service Provider Market Challenges with Yealink IP Phones
By Rachel Ramsey, Content Director

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems are being implemented in businesses across the world, but there are still many challenges to overcome. Providers, for one, have to face a significant increase in competition; in addition to specialized VoIP providers, many cable operators offer high-speed Internet access and VoIP as part of a bundled offering. Consumers have a variety of features, packages and services to choose from, and service providers have to adapt to provide the latest and greatest offerings at the best prices.

VoIP also embraces today’s mobile world – it enables users to take their home or business phone service anywhere they go. The portability of VoIP has raised challenges for the emergency services community, causing the FCC (News - Alert) to take action to make sure that emergency calls from VoIP services can get through to the appropriate public safety authorities.

In an upcoming webinar, Yealink and NETXUSA (News - Alert) will discuss the current challenges in the service provider market and how Yealink’s IP phones can help businesses address their objectives and needs. NETXUSA provides VoIP products and services to more than 5,000 independent telecommunications service providers and resellers. Its team of developers can build custom API integrations, landing pages or entire branded websites in addition to other consulting services.

Yealink’s (News - Alert) IP phones can help companies increase the value of their technology and offers HD voice quality, rich telephony features, fast customer service and competitive pricing. Its business HD IP DECT (News - Alert) Phone, the W52P, is specifically designed for small business and home office users who are looking for cost savings but scalable, SIP-based mobile communication systems. It is interoperable with BroadSoft (News - Alert), Asterisk and 3CX platforms and offers professional features like intercom, transfer, call forwarding, three-way conferencing and PoE.

Yealink also recently introduced a new series of IP phones, the T4 series, which includes the SIP-T41P, the SIP-T42G and the SIP-T46G. The series is designed specifically for users who expect integrated communications to come with excellent functionality and ultra-smart design. The phones provide a wide range of rich telephony features, USB Bluetooth support, a friendly user interface designed for clarity and intuitive operation, and HD voice quality, which is delivered by the Optima HD Voice system.

CTOs, CIOs, network architects, product managers, infrastructure specialists, systems integrators, IT directors, IT generalists and marketing directors who encounter these challenges and are working to add business value with VoIP and IP phones are invited to attend. The webinar will happen on Thursday, June 6 at 2 p.m. EDT. Register now.
