Yealink to Present IP Contact Center Solution at Customer Engagement Conference

Voice over IP (VoIP) allows companies to transmit voice and data over a single network and once in place, making calls over the network is free. Companies have found the main drivers for IP to be significantly reducing call center operational costs, making it cheaper to update the infrastructure for their current centers, building a new center or centers and creating a virtual center, including remote sites and home-based agents.


Yealink (News - Alert), a provider of VoIP phones and IP communication solutions, will present its IP contact center solution at G-Force 2012, a customer engagement conference hosted by Genesys (News - Alert), a provider of customer service and contact center software and services.

The IP contact center solution is a combination of Yealink phones and a platform. As an IP Phone (News - Alert) manufacturer, the endpoint may need a server. Yealink offers solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, enterprise, IP contact centers and government. Its IP phones are mass deployed by IP contact centers including CPIC, Pizza Hut, 360buy and eLong. Major carriers and enterprises include T-Mobile, Teleofnica, BSNL (News - Alert), CHINA MOBILE and clients from more than 100 countries.

By collaborating with more than 80 partners, Yealink provides business customers and IP contact centers with expeditious communication solutions to improve their personal productivity and team collaboration.

G-Force 2012 will provide information on areas that will drive outstanding business outcomes and ensure real-world success, including how to integrate contact center operations with enterprise processes and workflows, drive cross-channel conversations across voice, the Web and self service, leverage customer service and support resources from anywhere in the enterprise and transform self-service with advanced speech applications and video IVR.

Earlier this year, Genesys recognized Yealink for features like 3PCC support, ACD support, business continuity, VPN and deployment solutions. It partnered with the IP phone maker, making Yealink’s SIP endpoint completely compatible with the Genesys server. The two will join together in the future to offer better solutions with strong market competitiveness and high quality.

Yealink will be located at booth 14, level four at the Hilton Sydney between August 21 and 23.
