Brekeke Software, a developer of Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) telephony software for enterprises and service providers, announced interoperability between Yealink SIP-T2x series enterprise HD IP Phones and Brekeke PBX (News - Alert).

Yealink Network Technology is a professional designer and manufacturer of IP voice and video products for the worldwide broadband telephony market.

With this interoperability, users of Brekeke (News - Alert) platforms are benefited with many additional options for IP telephones to use in their business environments, the company said. The partnership with Yealink (News - Alert) will allow Brekeke to offer more SIP telephone choices for business users and customers of its hosted telephony services worldwide.

"The combination of Yealink and Brekeke can provide high-quality SIP communication with excellent cost-saving benefits," said Shin Yamade, CEO of Brekeke Software. "Yealink offers a variety of SIP phones to help meet the demanding requirements of today's business offices."

The interoperability test supports Brekeke Software's strategy of delivering a wider variety of devices and services that connect with Brekeke products.

Yealink's enterprise IP phone series will add several excellent choices of office SIP phones for business users and customers of telephony services hosted by the Brekeke platform, the company said.

"We are very pleased to have successfully confirmed our interoperability with Brekeke. The integration between our products will open a host of opportunities to enterprises and service providers worldwide," Stone Lu, VP of Yealink, said in a statement. "We look forward to working closely with Brekeke in order to provide a competitive turnkey solution to businesses worldwide."

Earlier this year, Brekeke announced interoperability between Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 300 or "KWS300" with Polycom's (News - Alert) full portfolio of KIRK handsets and Brekeke PBX, TMCnet reported.

Company officials said the combination of Brekeke PBX and KIRK wireless solution provides superb voice quality and mobility, which improves both the user experience and the productivity of any size business.
