SPiDCOM Technologies, a Bourg la Reine, France, provider of fabless semiconductor company, has announced that it is going to present a wide array of products based on its EoC (Ethernet over Coax) solutions during the China Content Broadcasting Network (CCBN) show. CCBN attracts participants from both digital TV and broadband network industries.

At CCBN, SPiDCOM will display its new generation SPC300-EoC Solution, composed of two versions: SPC300c SoC and SPC310c SoC.

The first reference design, theSPC300c SoC, is available and is designed for low-cost EoC (Ethernet over Coax) slave modems. The SCR310-EoC Bridge provides a high-performance solution for triple-play communications over existing coaxial cable networks, with a fast time-to-market.

SPiDCOM’s EoC products leverage existing CATV networks to provide value-added services such as broadband Internet in tandem with classical CATV signals. A pioneer in the EoC market, SPiDCOM has built a large installed base of products all around China.
