Sendouts Partners with M5 Networks to Integrate M5 Connect

M5 Networks and Sendouts recently announced the integration of M5’s award winning M5 Connect CTI (News - Alert) (Computer Telephony API) with Sendouts. The announcement was made at the 2011 National Association of Professional Services (NAPS) annual conference. M5 Networks (News - Alert) is one of the market leaders in managed, business phone solutions. Sendouts is one of the leading, single source providers of online recruiting software. M5 Connect by Sendouts seamlessly connects the recruiting software and the business phone for real time information management and efficiency. All Sendouts users will now be able to access Integrated telephony features which were once only available in call centers. This new and combined solution will now provide the management with critical business metrics.

The web-based recruiting software from Sendouts assists recruiters streamline their recruiting process, increase productivity and ultimately close more placements. In a release, Brent Barbara, M5’s Vice President of Innovation and Integration said that “Sendouts helps increase productivity by putting tools right at the recruiter's fingertips. M5 Connect adds perhaps the most important recruiting tool, the telephone, to the Sendouts toolbox.”

Users will now be able to click–to-dial by using the M5 Connect by Sendouts to start a call from within Sendouts recruiting software anytime a phone number is available. There is provision made for automated note taking and real time analytics will be made available to help measure placement, sales and customer service success.
