By Stefanie Mosca, TMCnet Managing Editor

IP phone maker, Yealink’s phones have been chosen by a number of companies such as Matrix ComSec, Mobotix and Tikal Networks for interoperability in the past year.

Agilis and 3CX, developer of the popular Windows softphone 3CXPhone and VoIP PBX 3CX Phone System can now be added to the list as it has implemented its 3CX Phone (News - Alert) System with Yealink phones in the offices of gas turbine specialist, Agilis.

According to the company, Agilis was happy to turn to the Windows-based 3CX Phone System, as it knew it could serve the needs of the various office locations, was cost effective and a simple to operate PBX (News - Alert).

The combining features of the two phones will assist in the increase in productivity levels throughout the entire company which is particularly beneficial for Agilis’ remote workers. Each employee can now be accessible as the new phone system delivers remote access to any location as well as all other Agilis office locations.

"Agilis is completely Windows based. Having a Windows based telephone system is a big advantage to us as our past experience with UNIX based Asterisk (News - Alert) systems was just too difficult,” Brian Dunn of Agilis said. “We were in the market for a phone system that ran on Windows and that could be hosted on our existing equipment and integrated with our current IT infrastructure. The 3CX Phone System had and continues to have great reviews.”

After being pleased with the integration of the 3CX system, Agilis chose Yealink (News - Alert) T26 & T28 IP Phone as coordinating terminal equipment.  According to the release, Yealink T26 and T28 IP Phone achieved steady interoperability with 3CX system. The award-winning T2x Phone offers Agilis high voice quality at an affordable price.

The customized features specially designed for different type of staff meets needs from every aspect of workers. Supporting Auto-provision via FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS ensures a very easy deployment and remote configuration to provide a desirable and cost-saving communication choice for mass deployment of Agilis staff communication network. Via seamless integration, 3CX system and Yealink Phones offered Agilis an efficient and liable way of business operation.

"Coordinating with 3CX to provide large enterprise like Agilis an efficient way of communication means much to us,” said Stone Lu, VP of Yealink, “Yealink is all the way striving to offer unified communication solution with effective Phones to simplify business operation to the utmost.”
