Call Center Software is a critical tool that businesses use to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and communication. Recently, the company announced it has taken another step in helping people with their customer experience and contact center solutions with its latest webinar being held on Tuesday, October 29 beginning at 2 p.m. (EDT). The webinar titled “Improve Customer Experience – Tips from Your Contact Center Peers & Experts” is designed to help you get the most from your programs.

There will be at least four main topics/presentations discussed during the webinar including:

  • Leveraging Technology to Stay Customer Focused, presented by Gregory Harmon, manager, Client Support Tier 1 from Silverpop (News - Alert);
  • Visibility and Flexibility for Better Customer Service, presented by Jeffrey Tro, National Data Manager from T.D. James Ministries; and
  • Delight Your Customers in Your Contact Center, presented by Madelyn Gengelbach director, Market Intelligence from inContact.
