Altitude Software, Umanis Deliver Hosted Contact Center Solutions in France

Altitude Software (News - Alert), a global provider of hosted call center solutions, announced a partnership with Umanis, a management and information technology consulting services provider, to deliver the Altitude uCI Hosted Multimedia Contact Center Solution in France.


Through this partnership, the company bring a proven solution that provides efficient customer interaction management and easy integration with existing company systems. It will enable companies to improve customer service while reducing costs and optimizing resources, according to company officials.

The Altitude uCI Hosted Multimedia Contact Center Solution is hosted at Umanis Data Center at Levallois-Perret.

In France, there are several organizations which are unwilling to outsource all or part of their customer relationships, but want to keep control of their customer relationships while not wanting to manage a call center's administrative constraints. The new solution is targeted at these companies.

“Our expertise both in the IT and CRM (operational, transactional and analytical areas), combined with our expertise on the Call Center allows us to master all the components of this offer, said Jérôme Borecki, CEO of Umanis Managed Services, in a statement.

Winning customer loyalty with customer service has been the top priority for companies. The rise of proactive consumers using multiple customer communication channels has made this task ever more challenging and complex for companies, according to company officials.

In order to provide excellent customer service, companies need to have the resources and capabilities to manage unpredictable variations on increasing demands on your customer interaction channels.

Recently Altitude Software announced that EDP and BCI have won this year’s Altitude Software Innovation Awards. EDP is one of the leading energy companies in Europe, while BCI is the second largest financial institution in Mozambique.
