Avistar Communications has publicly announced their technology agreement with LifeSize (News - Alert) Communications which will allow Avistar to integrate its technology into LifeSize's HD video conferencing systems. According to the agreement, Avistar will also provide LifeSize with the technology and intellectual property required for its distribution network.
