The secret of good business doesn’t end with a sale; in fact, it begins with it, for whether it’s a sale in the offing or a sale that’s completed, customers and prospects need to be wooed to stay or come on board, and that means keeping in touch and ‘following up.’ But just thinking of the amount of work that this involves, is de-energizing. Not anymore, TickleTrain has a customized follow-up system for businesses that make this task less of a nightmare.
"Nothing is forgotten during the hectic pace of each business day. It cuts down your long to-do-list. It's always working for you," stated Jason Dickman, CTO, commenting on the TickleTrain’s modus operandi for following up leads.
Built around pre-written e-mails called "Tickles," TickleTrain’s new app for Gmail is a sort of glorified personal assistant that attends to the necessary evil of replying to emails in a timely manner, helping businesses to stay on top of their mail and not miss out on important deadlines.
Thanks to the enterprise displayed by two entrepreneurial brothers, TickleTrain has the follow-up emails already written and can be sent using any email address and can even be personalized. TickleTrain works with all popular email and custom applications.
What’s more, these follow-ups can actually be held till those in charge have time to read them and apprise themselves of what’s going on. No follow-up email is sent without prior approval. Once a reply is received the follow-ups are automatically cancelled.
Of course, users need to create an account and all Gmail users will get access to all that TickleTrain has to offer from within their email program itself. With minimum effort, enterprises of all sizes can get maximum gain. All TickleTrain requires to get going is a BCC (News - Alert) field in the email. Currently, two plans are offered: a limited free plan and an unlimited paid plan for $5.95 per month.
‘Send it and forget it,’ that’s TickleTrain’s motto – a far cry from yester years when keeping track of leads and following up was a pain in the neck. No more furrowed brows that crinkle in an effort to remember what leads have been followed up and what still remain!
Earlier, only suits and dresses were made to order; now everything from services and tools and even emails are being customized to help businesses increase their sales. This is in addition to the business analytics tools that they already have to prop them up.
Are pre-written replies too waiting in the sales pipeline?
