Esna Technologies and Touchbase are teaming up, and together, they’ll bring new solutions to Cisco (News - Alert) customers. With their strategic partnership, the two companies will bring Esna’s Cloudlink for Cisco unified communications solution to companies and customers using Cisco applications.
The companies will help Cisco UC solutions users integrate their existing solutions with cloud applications. With their end-to-end Cloudlink solution, enterprise customers can connect to such cloud-based applications as Google Enterprise, VMware Zimbra (News - Alert), and Jive, improving their collaboration and productivity with all the many advantages the cloud can offer.
Cloudlink for Cisco is designed to provide unified communications as a pure web service. It provides customers with ubiquitous access to live communication, no matter what device they’re using, thanks to the seamless connection it creates between Cisco unified communications and the aforementioned cloud applications.
“Cloudlink for Cisco transforms the way people collaborate with one another to get work done,” says Davide Petramala, EVP of business development and sales for Esna. “Our partnership with Touchbase will enable their clients to leverage cloud, mobile and social communications to deliver specific business outcomes.”
Touchbase has partnered with Esna frequently before and is known for working closely with its partners to create optimal end user experiences and returns. It has a focus on transforming and improving unified communications and contact center capabilities, so it’s the perfect partner for an undertaking such as this.
Cisco customers will be pleased with this solution, and all the advantages they can gain from easy access to cloud services. Businesses and individuals will be able to improve their communication; access to tools, data, and software; and find a great improvement in productivity as a result. It is the kind of benefit that can be best gained through the teamwork of many solutions and companies, and Esna and Touchbase are making it work.
