Voiceserve subsidiary, VoIPSwitch, has now announced their customer, Smart Network Solutions (News - Alert), signed on as a Master Distributor of the promotional offerings in south Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean.

 

According to one DIDx official, Suzanne Bowen, the new promotional offering will make it possible for customers to place and receive phone calls from anywhere in the world.

 

For company’s located in Latin America looking for international DIDs and a softswitch platform, Smart Network Solutions now has the answer.

 

“Exclusively for VoIPSwitch customers such as Smart Network Solutions, this new offer makes it possible to purchase a block of numbers among 63 countries from DIDx, a provider of Direct Inward Dialing or DID phone numbers to IP communications companies," Bowen said.

 

Through Smart Networks Solutions, which has offices in Miami, Mexico and Colombia as well as the Dominican Republic and Argentina, customers not only have discounted offers but also local technical support available in both English and Spanish.

 

Sandra Valencia, sales vice president of Smart Network Solutions, said the new partnership offers carriers, ISPs and call centers in Latin America 800 numbers, IP gateways, mobile call termination and a number of other portfolio solutions from VoIPSwitch.

 

Pensacola, Florida-based DIDXchange, a registered and patented service of Super Technologies (News - Alert), Inc., also recently announced a partnership with The SIP School, an online certification site for SIP and LAN/WAN technologies for VoIP, in a bid to empower entrepreneurs, carriers and developer students with the education needed to support SMB startups and technology-related jobs.
