Dictaphone Joins Aspect Communications'
Technology Alliance Program
Stratford, Connecticut-based Dictaphone
Corporation's Communications Recording Systems (CRS(TM)) Group, a provider
of recording and monitoring systems and Workforce Relationship Management
solutions for contact centers, announced a technology alliance with San
Jose, California-based Aspect Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: ASPT), a
provider of enterprise customer contact solutions. This alliance will
enable Dictaphone to leverage Aspect's open-platform technology,
development tools and educational and business development resources.

Awarded Additional Patent
Virtual Hold Technology LLC (VHT) announced the receipt of U.S. Patent
number 6,754,334 from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The patent,
issued on June 22, provides broad protection to VHT's innovative Queue
Management Solutions. This patent is the third relating to the company's
Virtual Hold callback solution, used by call centers worldwide to allow
customers to leave the queue and maintain their current queue position
without waiting on hold.
