Envision Telephony, Inc., a provider of contact center software solutions,  announced that due to strong worldwide interest in the Envision Click2Coach solution, it will release Click2Coach 8.1 in both German and Spanish languages. Among its first customers for the German version is Citicorp Dienstleistungs GmbH. Citicorp will use Click2Coach 8.1 to train its agents to provide better-quality customer service. Click2Coach 8.1 is now available directly through the company or its partners in Europe.
