Convio and Constant Contact Collaborate For Relationship Management

A strategic partnership with Constant Contact (News - Alert), Inc., has been announced by Convio, Inc. Email marketing from Constant Contact will be integrated with Convio Common Ground CRM under this collaboration. Small and mid-sized nonprofits will be therefore able to create, grow and maximize the value of relationships with donors, volunteers and other constituents through this integration.


 

Small and mid-sized charities can avail the combination of Convio Common Ground and Constant Contact Email Marketing this summer. They will be provided an affordable, easy-to-use solution to reach, inspire and move people to support their cause and manage relationships. Under this partnership, Constant Contact’s AppConnect partner program will now include Convio as a member.

 

In a release, Holly Ross, Executive Director, Nonprofit Technology Network said, “With integration between Convio Common Ground and Constant Contact’s email solution, nonprofits will have access to a fully integrated system from two industry leaders that allows them to use email to reach people and leverage cloud-computing to manage relationships both online and offline.”

 

Ross added that apart from making technology more affordable and easy-to-use, the thought leadership and best practices of the two companies will be accessible to the nonprofits. They will therefore be able to get the most out of their marketing and fundraising efforts.

 

A powerful, easy-to-use constituent engagement solution for nonprofits is provided with the integration of Constant Contact’s email marketing tool with Convio’s Common Ground. Nonprofits will be able to craft focused messages for specific audiences for their Constant Contact emails and newsletters by combining the depth of Common Ground’s attribute and activity tracking along with its segmentation tools. Increased click-through and improved conversion for campaigns will be therefore ensured.

 

The advantage of the extensive collection of contact information stored within Common Ground can be taken up by organizations who want to send personalized communications through Constant Contact. The seamless integration of email activity tracking from Constant Contact will make performance reporting more powerful.

 

Content development, webinars, speaking opportunities and conference presentations are also included in the partnership. Time-starved and task-focused nonprofit professionals will be therefore helped to be more successful in their marketing and fundraising campaigns.
