Oxypas Group, which makes specialized footwear for nurses and other healthcare providers, has selected Digital Movers’ Commerce Desktop Managed Services. It has been integrated with NetSuite’s (News - Alert) cloud computing product to automate sales and order fulfillment processes.

“We are always searching for new markets and channels to distribute our innovative and stylish medical footwear,” Remy Quilliot, managing director of Oxypas Group, said in a statement carried by TMCnet. “The challenge is using technology to automate the selling and fulfillment with these new outlets. After evaluating several options we chose to utilize Digital Movers electronic commerce managed services so we can concentrate on producing top quality footwear and let them manage the dynamic and variable nature of electronic commerce with our value chain of customers, suppliers and logistics partners.”

“We are pleased to help Oxypas Group increase sales and decrease operating expenses by extending their reach to new sales outlets that require electronic transactions,” Ken Konikowski, president of Digital Movers, said in a statement. “Companies such as Oxypas have discovered that it is far more effective and efficient to utilize Digital Movers’ managed services to build, analyze and maintain new selling and fulfillment channels. Our scalable and reliable solutions enable these companies to grow their business at the rates they desire with predictable implementation timelines and expenses.”

In other company news, TMCnet reported that Digital Movers, looking to improve customers’ supply chain and logistics, was searching for a partner among Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) vendors. It decided to sign a multiyear reseller agreement with EasyLink. EasyLink offers desktop fax and production messaging, EDI, managed file transfer, document capture and management, secure messaging, and telex, says TMCnet.
