Amcat Wins contract to provide Contact Center Solution for walter Telemedien Services

Amcat, provider of contact center technology has won a contract to supply the walter TeleMedien Group of Germany with both inbound and outbound call center solutions.
To find a better solution for its fast paced and dynamic business, walter Telemedien Group--one of Germanys major call companies with one of the biggest inbound operations in Europe—tested and reviewed Amcat along side other vendors and found that Amcat's system enhanced productivity, produced the quickest solutions and offered user friendly attributes. 
Manfred Plaar, general manager of the IT division of walter Telemedien group commented that “Agents were able to embrace the system immediately; they liked the ease-of-use, the simple to understand screens and the powerful dialing functionality.”
Amcat's managing director for EMEA, Marcus Robinson added, “Once again we have been able to demonstrate that we have developed a world class product that can meet the demanding requirements of leading industry players such as walter TeleMedien as well as fight off competition from rivals.”
Currently Amcat’s system is running from Ettlingen Germany, the company’s headquarters as well as two other sites in Magedburg, Germany.
