Spoke Software, a web-based service for sales prospecting and lead generation, has announced that integration between Spoke and Siebel CRM OnDemand has been successfully validated by Siebel Systems, Inc., making Spoke the first partner to achieve validated status for CRM OnDemand, Release 7.
Spoke Software has been a partner in the Siebel Alliance Program since October 2004.
Siebel Systems, a provider of customer relationship management applications, provides organizations with a set of industry-specific best practices, CRM applications software, and business processes for corporations to use while they sell to, market to, and service customers across multiple channels and lines of business.
The integration of Spoke with Siebel CRM OnDemand lets users transition from Account, Contact, Lead or Opportunity screens in Siebel to Spoke's network of 27 million relationships, enabling them to identify prospects, research leads, get access to decision makers and manage relationships.
Spoke is completely integrated into the Siebel CRM OnDemand interface, allowing the user to easily transition between the solutions without any additional data entry, saving time and maintaining data quality.
Frank Vaculin, CEO of Spoke Software claimed that with the integrated solution from Spoke and Siebel, sales professionals can manage their entire sales process, from sales prospecting and lead generation through to complete customer relationship management in “a low-cost, hosted solution.”
Catherine Cherubino, VP, Channels and Alliances for SMB OnDemand for Siebel Systems agreed with Vaculin.
Siebel Systems forms alliances with technology firms to deliver business functions throughout the enterprise. The Siebel Validation Program applies technical scrutiny to evaluate the integration of third-party solutions with Siebel business applications. Integrations that meet the testing criteria are validated and documented by the Siebel Validation Program.
