Clients of both Boomi and RightNow Technologies will find it easier to synchronize customer data.

Using Boomi AtomSphere, RightNow clients can now integrate data between RightNow CX, customer experience suite, and cloud-based or on-premise business applications – creating a unified view into customer data from varied sources, including order management, billing and ERP.

The partnership will also help RightNow’s clients fast track data migration off legacy systems utilizing drag-and-drop visual interface. Data migration with Boomi for RightNow CX is typically complete within days -- all without the delays, costs and maintenance complexity of a coding alternative.
