AltiGen (News - Alert) Communications, Inc., a provider of premise and cloud-based IP-PBX and Contact Center solutions, recently announced that its MaxCS Private Cloud solution is providing great benefits to OptiCall, Inc. at its Florida-based call center. Opticall, Inc. provides a superior contact experience for prospective patients inquiring about elective medical procedures such as cosmetic surgery or vision correction.
MaxCS Private Cloud is a turn-key managed business communications service that combines AltiGen’s MaxCS VoIP business phone system, contact center solution, and cost-effective SIP trunks, hosted in a secure private cloud. It’s an all-inclusive, subscription-based solution that doesn’t require any upfront investment in PBX (News - Alert) or call center hardware. The solution includes a complete set of enterprise PBX features designed to meet the communications requirements of any size business. It aims to enable a seamless migration from an existing AltiGen premises-based PBX to the cloud.
Since deploying MaxCS Private Cloud in December 2013, OptiCall has been able to better its ability to provide customer services—the agents can even answer the calls when they are unable to physically operate from the office. Also, OptiCall has closely monitored all aspects of the phone interaction with patients, allowing the company to consistently achieve results 15-25 percent above industry standards.
"Many medical practices struggle to maintain consistent, high quality interactions with prospective patients over the phone," said Bill Mercier, president and founder of OptiCall, Inc., in a press release. "By providing superior handling of patient calls seven days a week, OptiCall enables a practice to differentiate itself in a very competitive market. With AltiGen's cloud based call center solution, we have the comprehensive suite of tools needed to measure, monitor and manage all aspects of phone interaction with patients to achieve positive results."
In related news, AltiGen recently announced that its MaxCS Private Cloud solution has been selected by Brightway Insurance. The solution from AltiGen will replace phone systems in more than 100 Brightway Insurance offices.
