Zong (News - Alert) recently announced the launch of its largest state-of-the-art contact center in Islamabad, Pakistan. Through its new contact center the company will focus on delivering best in class support services to its customers while also addressing their needs quickly. The new contact center is Pakistan’s largest cloud computing based contact center. The new contact center will seat a hundred agents who will be provided with training for delivering quality services to subscribers of Zong.

Ms. Anusha Rehman was inaugurated the center at an event which was graced by a number of other dignitaries including Chairman Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Dr. Ismail Shah and Secretary Information Technology, Akhlaq Tarar among others. Furthermore, Zong's Contact center will help in creating more job opportunities in the country.
