MERA Systems is Now ALOE Systems: Same Great Service, New Name

It is not unusual in the corporate world for a company to change its name. Perhaps the company is purchased by a larger competitor or mergers with another provider and the new name is to establish their new identity. Often, a new name signifies a new beginning. The name may refer to a company that has been around for years, but has changed its offerings or simply wants a new face. 



Whatever the reason, the company must then launch marketing and branding campaigns to ensure the new name becomes synonymous with the service they deliver. Such is the goal for ALOE Systems. Once very well known as MERA Systems (News - Alert), ALOE has taken on a new name in order to build a new identity for this field-proven partner. As captured in a recent video, ALOE Systems CEO Konstantin Nikashov shares the company’s vision behind the name change and their strategy for moving forward. 

As Nikashov highlighted, there are times a company feels it must change its name because it has grown and become more mature. For ALOE Systems, the company felt it had grown up and wanted its own identity. At the same time, the company wanted to be more business oriented and the new name is certainly more universal. With the new name securely in place, ALOE Systems is better positioned to cater to SMEs and large carriers. And, with the design of their services, these clients can concentrate on business issues, allowing ALOE to deliver true value.

The most important point that Nikashov makes is that nothing else changed. All company offices, executives and products are all the same. ALOE only made changes within the marketing department to help drive recognition of the new name. Nikashov also talked about the unique proposition in the market ALOE Systems offers in its feature rich solutions and quality, but also in its response to customer requests. It takes just a few weeks to make changes according to customer requests. 

In addition, the ALOE team is focused on making its technology base the most advanced on the market. When you buy technology, you buy the future and you want to be sure it will allow you to keep moving forward. ALOE believes its upgrades and new features allow them to be a market leader. As Nikashov said before signing off, “Sales and technical support will be the same – maybe just a little bit better.”
