ALOE Systems is participating in the 6th Asian Carriers’ Conference being held at Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines. The conference, which started on September 21 will conclude on September 24.
The Asian Carriers’ Conference is an annual conference attended by middle management to top executives from fixed and wireless telecommunications operators, equipment and software developers, VAS and VOIP providers, vendors and submarine cable operators from more than 40 countries to refresh business partnerships and explore new opportunities, negotiate and conclude agreements, to share insights, experiences and to learn of breakthroughs and innovations in the emerging marketplaces of Asia.
“Our representatives are there to discuss new developments and strategies in the telecom industry and engage in meeting with business partners,” a company official said.
ALOE Systems is a new identity of MERA Systems (News - Alert), an international developer of class 4/5 softswitches that enable VoIP carriers and service providers to efficiently handle considerable amounts of IP telephony transit traffic across their networks.
Recently ALOE Systems announced that Identidad Telecom, a well-reputed provider of termination services into Latin America, has become an official reseller of ALOE Systems softswitch solutions as well as authorized service dealer.
Established in 2002, Identidad Telecom was at the cusp of the VoIP revolution within the Latin American telecom industry.
It has applied technological innovation, vision and drive to evolve into key provider of termination services into Central and South America providing services for wholesale carriers and CLECs interested in moving beyond the traditional TDM interconnection into Internet transported voice services.
In 2008 Identidad Telecom deployed one of the industry’s leading VoIP softswitches, MVTS II from ALOE Systems with the goal of maintaining the highest level of service with regards to voice clarity, redundancy and interoperability.
