Provider of workforce optimization solutions, IEX (News - Alert) Corporation announced today the opening of a new 'Center of Excellence' to provide sales and support for their customers and partners in the APAC region.

 

The move is a bid to further strengthen their foothold in the APAC market for workforce management.

 

IEX offers TotalView, a workforce management system that provides the scheduling and management tools needed to empower and increase the efficiency of operations. The system is also part of the NICE SmartCenter.

 

In another move into the APAC market, the company also announced earlier this year, a new customer win from Reliance BPO, an Indian outsourcer looking to enhance performance and streamline management of their contact center agents.

 

IEX President Debbie May commented in a statement to the press, "IEX continues to aggressively pursue opportunities in developing international markets. Opening an office in Sydney enables us to boost our APAC market presence while ensuring our regional customers and partners receive the superior support that continues to set IEX, a NICE company, apart from the competition."

 

Earlier this week, IEX released version 3.12 of TotalView. The new release includes the ability for workforces to become more proactive and take action at the right time as well as provide a solution for organizations wanting to remain successful, innovative and proactive.
