Astea International Unveils Astea Alliance 11.0

Astea International (News - Alert), a provider of software solutions for service lifecycle management, stated that its newly released Astea Alliance 11.0 has been tweaked to cater to the ever-changing demands of global service organizations and at the same sets new standards for service management and mobile workforce solutions.

According to the company, the Astea Alliance suite of service management software addresses the complete service lifecycle, from lead generation and project quotation to service and billing through asset retirement. It integrates and optimizes critical business processes for contact center, field service, depot repair, logistics, professional services, sales and marketing.

While the newly released Alliance 11.0 includes a lot of new features and enhancements that were developed on the premise of three main underlying concepts like optimizing and streamlining processes, enabling proactive service insight and intelligence at every level and significantly increasing ease of use and customizations without technical skills.

Astea claimed that it personally understood the users’ position to work more with less resources and the pressure service organizations are under to increase service revenues and build competitive differentiation to offset product commoditization. The new version of Astea Alliance is equipped with the necessary functionality and flexibility to help organizations accomplish those tasks without complexity.
