NICE will be making a presentation at Marketing World 2012: A Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) Executive MindXchange, and hosting an interactive session, "Navigating the Transition from Outbound to Inbound Marketing."


The event, to be held from July 16-18, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency Boston, will allow NICE to not only offer tips for getting the maximum business value out of inbound consumer communications, but demonstrate its offerings.

The interactive session will be led by Hovav Lapidot (News - Alert), director of Business Development at NICE Service-to-Sales. Apart from providing information for tackling the difficulties faced while bridging the gap between assisted consumer service channels and marketing efforts, Lapidot will offer information for managing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns. The session will also share insights regarding ways to measure results, and capitalize on revenues from inbound interactions. 

The demonstration of NICE offerings has been scheduled for 10:10 a.m. on July 17, immediately followed by the session at 10:40 a.m.

The method for identifying and following up on real-time prospects that transpire during every interaction will be the highlight of the discussion, ensuring exceptional consumer service and protected consumer allegiance. The discussion will also explain successful inbound campaign strategies in depth, right from preparation for live consumer interaction to gathering and analyzing cross-channel consumer data, bound to benefit the agent-customer association.

The discussion will also offer tips for ensuring centralized decision making and relevant suggestions for the next-best action.

"Every inbound call can be a sales opportunity,” Lapidot said. “But in order to identify this opportunity and maximize revenue, organizations must arrive at the interaction fully prepared and be able to shape it as it happens.
