Jenne to Distribute NICE's Workforce Optimization Solutions

In a move to improve its customer-facing operations as well as its range of services for its clients, Jenne, a unified communications distributor in Ohio, has recently cut a deal with NICE Systems (News - Alert) to onboard its call capturing and analytics solutions.


As a provider of workforce optimization solutions, NICE routinely helps companies across all verticals and of all sizes improve their call accounting, call recording, analysis strategy, and data capturing techniques. Jenne will bring on NICE’s solutions that analyze structured and unstructured data for distribution in the U.S. and Canada to its network of resellers.

Selected as a distributor of NICE’s call capturing solutions, Jenne will distribute NICE Recording eXpress, and NICE Quality eXpress. John Sweeton, manager, US and Canadian partner for sales of NICE, said, "NICE has chosen to work with Jenne because of its reputation as a 'high touch' distributor which is wholly focused on customer care and support. Jenne's proven capabilities in the SMB market, including its ability to provide staging services and support large multi-site deployments, make it an ideal partner for NICE. Further, its team has a deep understanding of the market dynamics related to small to medium sized contact centers and related compliance issues."

NICE’s solutions are idea for installation Jenne’s resellers are involved in, according to Vicne Piccolomini, VP of logistics and business development for Jenne. He stated, "NICE is a worldwide leader in intent-based solutions that capture and analyze interactions and transactions. The eXpress solutions will fit well into any size installation our resellers are involved in, providing an excellent opportunity for them to build and extend their relationships with end-users who have intensive customer facing businesses and are seeking to meet compliance challenges."

Should resellers not have the technical expertise to deploy the call capturing and analytics, Jenne will provide remote installation services in addition to the NRX and NQX solutions.
