At last night's event, Ms. May was honored for her industry leadership and significant contribution to the contact center industry's growth. The award was presented at the 21st Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies and MVP Quality Awards dinner held at the Marriott East Side Hotel located in the heart of Manhattan, New York.
