Smartronix Announces Fifth AWS Service Validation

Cloud solutions provider Smartronix (News - Alert) has announced the company has received the Amazon Connect Delivery Service validation, which marks the company’s fifth official validation with Amazon Web Services (News - Alert).


In order to receive the Amazon Delivery Service validation, candidates must go through an extensive  technical audit to ensure business methods and practices are within the specific guidelines for AWS. The intention of this certification is to offer customers a benchmark for industry standards, ensuring a specific level of security, functionality, and quality.

"During this past year especially, we understand that customers are continually seeking to modernize and scale their call center capabilities by leveraging innovative cloud solutions.” said  John Sankovich, President of Cloud Solutions at ,“Being recognized by AWS for our Amazon Connect expertise provides customers with the confidence that Smartronix has the experience and practices in place to support them through this critical transformation."

Along with this recent certification, Smartronix is also currently validated for AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift, AWS GovCloud (US) Delivery, and AWS Server Migration Service. The company was also previously certified for competency in AWS DevOps Consulting,  AWS Migration Consulting, AWS Government Consulting, AWS Security Consulting, and AWS Nonprofit Consulting. Smartronix is also a member of six partner programs for Amazon, further solidifying the company as a longterm ally for the webservice giant.
